    We support all employees in their endeavour to lead a healthy lifestyle. This includes not only participation in company sporting events, but even personal health-promoting initiatives are supported.

    At our company, the pension scheme is based on two pillars. The first pillar includes direct insurance.

    As a secondary pillar, Papier- u. Kartonfabrik Varel provides the option of participating in a company-specific pension plan. This additionally contributes to the welfare of our employees and is a voluntary service provided by the employer. Both the employee and the employer contribute to this pension plan.
